Function lerp

lerp(out: polar.Polar, a: polar.Polar, b: polar.Polar, t: number): polar.Polar
Linearly interpolates between two Polar coordinates, taking the shortest angular path for theta.
Parameters
- out: polar.Polar
  the receiving Polar
- a: polar.Polar
  the first operand
- b: polar.Polar
  the second operand
- t: number
  interpolation factor in [0, 1]
Returns polar.Polar
