Returns the (non-negative) area of the triangle (a, b, c).
Parameters
- a: readonly [number, number]
  the first vertex of the triangle.
- b: readonly [number, number]
  the second vertex of the triangle.

  the third vertex of the triangle.
Returns number
the absolute area.
