Constrains the first bone to a wedge about axis.
Parameters
- chain: Chain2
  the chain to configure
- type: fabrik2.BaseboneConstraintType
  which space axis is expressed in
- axis: readonly [number, number]
  the baseline direction, assumed to be unit length. Ignored for BaseboneConstraintType.LOCAL_RELATIVE, which uses the host bone's direction
- clockwise: number
  how far the first bone may swing clockwise of the baseline, in radians, clamped to [0, PI]
- anticlockwise: number
  how far it may swing anticlockwise, in radians, clamped to [0, PI]
